Hello my crafty friends,

Feel Better

Hello my crafty friends,
I'm trying to stay ahead with my DT challenges.  This card is for the challenge over at Creative Moments. Be sure to stop by and see what the talented DT has for your inspiration. The image and sentiment is from DeeDee's Digis. I printed and cut the image with the Silhouette Cameo. The challenge is for a color palette. I used the chameleon markers. As you can see it is a work in progress for me.  I wanted the duck's pillow to look like the head indented it.  I think I got it but again, I still need to play more with these markers.  I am not forgetting my favorite Spectrum Noir markers. If I have time I will do comparison coloring post soon. Thanks for stopping by and leaving your comments. I look forward to hearing from you. Have a happy crafty day.

Early June Bride

Hello my crafty friends,
Seems I'm playing catch up with my challenges this week. Here is my card for the challenge over at Artistic Inspirations. The theme is to use ribbon.  I must admit, I am not great at making bows or using ribbon.  I made a simple bow from ribbon I had in my stash and a rose that matched my card.  For bling on the gown and crown, I used Stickles Diamonds. I used my Chameleon marker for the skin color on the image and went with my Spectrum Noir markers for the dress.  The frame is from my Scrapbook Max program.  I printed and cut the image with the Silhouette Cameo.  Be sure to stop over and see what the DT  has for your ribbon inspiration. Join the challenge for a chance to win digital images from our sponsor Alicia Bel. Thanks for stopping by today and leaving your comments. I love hearing from you.  I will have another 3D project coming soon.

Early Mother's day card

Hello my crafty friends,
I had colored the image from Inky Impressions with my new Chameleon markers a while ago.  I thought I was ahead of myself in having my challenge commitments done. The image was but not the card. LOL. This is for the DT over at Give a Crafter a Cookie.  The butterfly frame is from the Silhouette store. I used Cricut Swiss Dots embossing folder for the base card. To give it some bling I used Stampin Up  rhinestones on the butterflies. I printed and cut the sentiment and frame with the Silhouette Cameo. Thanks for stopping by today and leaving your comments. I love reading them. Have a happy crafty day.

A Song for Friends

Hello my crafty friends.
I have a step card for you today. The images are from DeeDee's Digitals and for the challenge over at Pins. I used a combination of my Spectrum Noir markers and my new Chameleon markers.  The colors of the Chameleon markers are very vibrant and juicy. These markers have both a brush tip and a bullet tip. The difference is that it also contains a separate compartment of blending solution within the pen barrel. I will post a picture of it in another post. Follow me as I will be posting soon. Be sure to stop by and see what the talented Pins DT has for your inspiration and join in the fun for your chance to win free digital images.  Thanks for stopping by and leaving your comments I look forward to reading them. SAVE THE EARTH

Hello my crafty friends,
I'm on a roll with step cards now. LOL. These images are from the sponsor Melonheadz for the challenge over at Give a Crafter a Cookie. I cut these project with the Silhouette Cameo.  I used the new Chameleon markers. Vibrant colors when used straight as a marker. Shading with the blender part is a bit tricky. You use the blender part of the marker to lighten the original color. I'm still getting use to the timing on the blending shading. I love my Spectrum Noir markers and will be using them. Breaking away from them is still hard to do. LOL. Although I did use only the Chameleon markers on this projects.  Again the colors are vibrant and juicy.  More to come as I get more familiar with them.  Thanks for stopping by today and leaving your comments. I love hearing from you. Have a happy crafty day.

Coffee Obsession

Hello my crafty friends.
Today's project was for a friend of mine that was feeling down in the dumps.  This K cup coffee pack with sentiment was perfect. It was from the Cutting Café.  It is a 4 Kcup holder and I wanted to get it to him last minute and I forgot to take a picture. I had him send me a picture of both the front and back. Sorry for the display.  It did make him feel better. I told him from now on whenever he makes a Kcup of coffee he will always think of me. This is also for the challenge over at Decorate to Celebrate. Be sure to stop by and see what the talent DT has for your inspiration. Thanks for stopping by today and leaving your comments.
