Irish Jig

Hi my crafty friends,
I know it seems like my images just want to move lately. And what a better way to celebrate St. Patrick's Day with this cute little leprechaun doing an Irish jig. I used Cuttlebug hugs and kisses embossing folder. The mat and crystal green flowers were from my stash. The sentiment was cut and printed with the Silhouette Cameo. I also cut the leprechaun with the Silhouette and used Spectrum Noir markers to color him.  I used pop dots for the sentiment and an action wobble for the leprechaun (picture 2). This cute image is from  Delicious Doodles one of the sponsors this week over at

You are my Sunshine.

Hello my crafty friends,
The challenge over at Craftitude Challenges is music.  Since my granddaughter was born I sang You Are My Sunshine often. She is now 14 yrs.  When her mom sang the song to her nephew when he was an infant, my granddaughter told her she wasn't allowed to sing it.  That is Nana's and mine song.  LOL.
The image is from Stamp-n-doodleI. used Cuddlebug music note embossing folder and Stickles diamond on the notes. I used Silhouette Cameo to print the sentiment and also for the circle and starburst designs and layered the 3 different sizes and colors. I also put the layers on popdots to give it a more 3D look.  I used Spectrum Noir markers to color the image.

You Rock

Hello my crafty friends,
Thanks for stopping by today.  The guitar image on today's card is from Meljens Designs. Can you believe it I haven't used one Spectrum Noir marker. LOL.  I printed the background paper with the Silhouette Cameo. The font is Oyster bay. I used Stickles Diamond on the guitar and glitter gel pen around the edges.  I mounted the guitar on popup dots for depth. Take a look over at Craftitude Challenges to join the challenge and see what our fabulous design team has for your inspirations. Follow me and see what I have coming up in the next few weeks. Thank Owl

Hello my crafty friends,
Today's challenge over at Artistic Inspirations is to make a masculine card.  I think of shades of brown and textures when asked for masculine cards. So no bling this time.  The image is from Dilly Beans. I used Cuttlebug Fleur Embossing folder. I used the Silhouette Cameo to print and cut the label, sentiment and to cut the owl and tree branch. I added metal black buttons from my stash to the label.
I used Spectrum Noir markers EB1,TN1,2,5,CT4,GB11. I added pop dots to give the owl dimension sitting on the branch. Overall, I am happy with the results of this card. My hubby even liked it. Thanks for stopping by today and leaving your kind words. I love reading them.

Get Well Card

Hello my crafty friends,
I made today's card for my granddaughter. She is a very active athlete and she injured her achillies tendon and had to have 5% removed due to an infection from a cleat injury during a field hockey game. She is not allowed to add any weight to the leg for 6 weeks.  She has been out of school for 3 weeks.  But with all the snow the east coast is getting she isn't the only one missing school. She went to school for 4 days when they were shut down for snow.  She does have crutches she can get around on and the school lets her get to her next class early before the bell so the halls are empty.  Were hoping she has a fast recovery.  That is why I put this image from QKR on an action wobble. I cut the image with the Silhouette Cameo and used Spectrum Noir markers to color.  I also used Cuttlebug baby breath embossing folder and used Stampin up oval die cut the label die from the thinlet circle card die set. I used memento black ink for the sentiment stamp.  Thanks for stopping by today and leaving your comments. Have a super crafty day.

Young Love

Hello my crafty friends,
I'm running late but here it is another Valentine's day card. The image is from  Little Blue Stamps   and the sentiment image is from The Cutting Cafe  both are Sponsors for  the {Pin}spirational Challenges  If your running late like me, head on over and see what the fabulous DT has created. My son proposed to his wife on Valentine's Day 3 years ago. So I'll send this out to them as an anniversary card.   I used the Cuttlebug embossing hearts folder.  I used the Silhouette Cameo to cut and print the images and colored the couple with my Spectrum Noir markers. I matted the couple on a scrap of Stampin up Fresh Prints Designer pack and put the image on pop dots for depth. In keeping up with offset images which is out of my comfort zone I used a digital heart shape frame.
Thanks for stopping by today and have a fabulous Valentine's Day.

Hogs N Kisses

Hello my crafty friends,
We are getting closer to Valentine's Day. Our image today is from Robyns Fetish called Hog Wild. I used my Silhouette Cameo to print and cut this card. The detailed heart design is a Silhouette file I purchased. I layered and grouped the hog image together and used the Silhouette to add the sentiments. The card still needed a little bling so I used Stickles diamonds to the bow and drink.  I used Spectrum Noir markers DR4,TN6,PP1,2,EB1,FS1,2,8,TB4,5,BP1, and IG1.  Head on over to Craftitude Challenge to enter the challenge and see more inspiration from the Design Team. Thanks for stopping by today and leaving your comments.  I love hearing from you.

Be Mine

Hello my crafty friends,
Today's card challenge over at Artistic Inspirations the sponsor is Sassy Studio's.  I used Cuttlebug embossing hearts folder for the mat. I used Stickles Diamonds on the heart shapes. I cut the images out with my Silhouette Cameo. I found the free chaise lounge clipart online and I added the beads to add extra bling. It's been so dark and gloomy weather wise here, I just couldn't get the right lighting for this card. But it does look pretty in person.  I  used Spectrum Noir markers FS1,2,BP4,PP3,JG1,PP6,CT2,GB1. Thanks for leaving your wonderful comments so I can continue on this creative journey with you.
