Get out the red hat when turning 50

Hello my crafty friends,
I have a friend who is turning 50 years old. I learned of the Red Hat Society where the tradition is to dress up and wear purple and a red hat like a badge of honor and go out in public. I've seen these ladies in restaurants, bowling alleys and other places. They are always laughing and some of their outfits are gorgeous.  So in honor of my friend turning 50 I made this card for the challenge over at Pins with an image from Julia Spiri, the theme is Paris, and Oh la la is what my red hat lady thinks. Today's card is for a fun challenge over at Creative Moments for a song inspiration.  This image was perfect for the oldie  What's New Pussy Cat? The colors of pinks and purples came to mind. I used the Silhouette Cameo to print and cut the sentiment and image. I also needed to add some bling with Stickles Diamonds. Also used a Cuttlebug flower embossing boarder and colored and use the Stickles Diamonds.   I used Spectrum Noir markers to color the image. The image reminds me of my ex DIL and yes she has 10 cats at last count. I also wanted to practice coloring black hair. I used the Silhouette Cameo to cut and print the  sentiment label and image. I used Chameleon markers and Spectrum Noir markers to color it and added some Stickles diamonds to add some bling to the cat collar and her earrings. Baby it's Cold Outside

Seems I've jumped ahead on posting one of my challenges. Yeah, I'm ahead for a change. LOL.  Not to worry I'll have them posted in order. I have a new SHOTBOX to help me take better pictures. I added a shadow to him to give it a more 3D effect.  My grand daughter loves penguins and lives out of state. I think she would like this.
