Birthday Box Card

Hello my crafty friends,
I have been having fun with box cards lately.  I just purchased a set over at SVG Cuts.  I like that they have video's demonstrating how to put them together. this card is for a guy so I used non traditional Carnival colors.  Of course I had to add some bling.  I used silver glitter paper from DCWV. The base navy paper and star button on ferris wheel was from my stash.  I printed the sentiment and cut the card with the Silhouette Cameo.  The Summer Fair Box card set comes with an svg envelop and extra embellishments.  SVG Cuts thought of everything for you to make your project. I'll let you know what the guy thought of the card in a couple of weeks.  Until then, thanks for leaving your comments, I love reading them.

The back piece is for a sentiment. I had to block it out just in case the person who is getting this card see's it here first. LOL

I entered this card in the following challenges:

  8. The color combo is great. I'll have to try a box card some day. Great idea not using glitter the old fashioned way. Less to get in your eyes! Thanks for playing along at the Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers.

  10. A great box card - thanx for sharing with us at Fantasy Stampers, but as your project does not include stamping I am unable to consider it for our Top 3. Would love to see you again soon with your stamps.
